We are an organization that exists to help guide the conversation on issues of culture and race through workshops, speaking, writing, and consulting. We focus on providing opportunities for individuals and organizations to connect in a meaningful way. We believe these connections open the door to begin the healing process of overcoming cultural and racial bias.

What People Are Saying

“Dr. Reggie Screen’s work of reconciliation between people of different social backgrounds and ethnic origins is an essential and central part of learning what it means to ‘love our neighbor’ and the principal prerequisite for the completion of the Great Commission. Dr. Reggie Screen is a man of the highest character, skill and insight and is undoubtedly called by God to this vital work. I cannot recommend him or his work more highly.”

Mike Breen

Founder, 3D Movements

“Reggie Screen is touching the heart of the gospel as he helps us to focus on not only our relationship with the Lord but also our relationships with others. Specifically, loving others that are not like us in terms of race, ethnicity, or other differences is paramount if we want to be a witness to the watching world. Prejudice, not understanding one another, not really “knowing” each other are major roadblocks in building trusting friendships. We must pursue authentic community by putting our prejudice, our biases, aside!”
